BACKGROUND: Osteoarthritis of the knee joint leads to a decrease in volume movements, violation sliding articular surfaces, and change axis limb under load, which affects biomechanics walking. AIM: This study aims compare results robot-assisted total arthroplasty (TKA) manual techniques, their influence on biomechanical podometric parameters patient’s walk. METHODS: A prospective randomized 68 patients was carried out period from 2020 2021. Our follow-up 1 year. All were performed one joint. The main Group “A” included 33 TKA with use an active robotic setting “TSolution-One” (“THINK Surgical, Inc.” [Fremont, California, USA]); comparison “B” consisted 35 technic TKA.
